Are you a digital designer with a flair for motion, interaction, and creating high-impact work for big-name brands? We’re hiring a Web Interaction Designer to join our fully remote team and help shape beautiful, intuitive web experiences for some of the world’s most recognizable companies.

About the Role

This is a permanent, fully remote role for a creative thinker with at least 4 years of digital design experience, ideally within an agency environment. You’ll be hands-on in crafting interactive interfaces, animations, and scroll-based experiences that elevate brand presence and delight users.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design engaging web interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.
  • Build motion prototypes that bring interfaces to life.
  • Present design ideas and interactive concepts clearly to clients and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams.
  • Work on multiple projects with a strong focus on quality and performance.
  • Contribute to design reviews and mentor more junior designers when needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in digital or interaction design (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Hands-on experience with motion design tools (e.g., Protopie, Framer, After Effects).
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in client presentations.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience using no-code tools like Webflow or EditorX.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with user testing and applying feedback to designs.
  • Storytelling abilities through motion and visual design.
