User Researcher Contractor | Public Sector | Consultancy| Remote first in the UK, with some client travel

£425-£525 a day

Digital Gurus are partnered with a people focused, public sector consultancy who due to exceptional work and a rapidly growing client base, are continuing to grow the UCD team!

We're looking to speak with motivated mid-weight User Researchers to join their growing team. The projects are focused across the public & private sector, across a wide range of clients, specialising in end-to-end transformation.

What you can expect –

  • Supporting organisations to digitally transform their services, leading with innovation.
  • Conducting of qual and quant user research, then communicating research insights.
  • Championing the purpose and value of user research internally and externally.
  • Career development opportunity to progress to a Senior role.

You can expect benefits such as a bonus, private healthcare including dental and eye care, L&D budget, gym, employees assistance programme and much more. This is a remote role, although in your consultative position you may be required to travel to customer's offices here and there. This is fully expensable.

Experience that will support you in this role –

  • Previous central-government / public sector / GDS user research experience will help you excel in this role – a keen interested in entering this space will also take you far!
  • Have experience in planning user research and choosing the best methods to deliver valuable outcomes on medium and large-scale programmes.
