We’re working with a high-growth tech start-up that has already launched its first products, attracted early customers, and proven the problem they’re solving is worth tackling. They’re now scaling and looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next phase of their journey.
This is a chance to step into a role where you’ll have genuine ownership and influence. You’ll work with a growing cross-functional team to set product direction, create alignment, and unlock real customer value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading discovery across markets and users to shape product strategy.
- Facilitating cross-functional thinking — bringing design, engineering, and commercial teams together.
- Driving product-market fit: building on a product already in market and refining positioning.
- Creating clarity around priorities and connecting vision to execution.
- Line management and mentoring a small and growing team.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in product management, in a fast-moving start-up environment
- Experience in taking a Product from 0-1.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling contexts.
- Strong strategic thinking skills — connecting customer needs, market insights, and business goals.
- A facilitative leadership style: not just “the voice of the customer,” but enabling the whole team to get closer to the customer.
- Line management or mentoring experience.
