Role

One of these most exciting opportunities in Product has arrived!!

We’re working with a high-growth tech start-up that has already launched its first products, attracted early customers, and proven the problem they’re solving is worth tackling. They’re now scaling and looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next phase of their journey.

This is a chance to step into a role where you’ll have genuine ownership and influence. You’ll work with a growing cross-functional team to set product direction, create alignment, and unlock real customer value.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading discovery across markets and users to shape product strategy.
  • Facilitating cross-functional thinking — bringing design, engineering, and commercial teams together.
  • Driving product-market fit: building on a product already in market and refining positioning.
  • Creating clarity around priorities and connecting vision to execution.
  • Line management and mentoring a small and growing team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in product management, in a fast-moving start-up environment
  • Experience in taking a Product from 0-1.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling contexts.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills — connecting customer needs, market insights, and business goals.
  • A facilitative leadership style: not just “the voice of the customer,” but enabling the whole team to get closer to the customer.
  • Line management or mentoring experience.

If you’re excited by the idea of building on a strong foundation, driving strategy, and helping a start-up hit the next stage of growth, this could be the opportunity for you!
