We’re partnering with a fast‑paced, highly creative agency working across national and global beauty brands, to find an experienced Client Manager who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked within a creative agency setting and understands the pace, personality, and pressure that comes with delivering campaigns across multiple channels. Ideally, you’ll also have exposure to paid media campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Performance Media) and feel confident discussing performance metrics with clients.
The Role
- You’ll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agency clients — building trusted partnerships, ensuring campaign success, and identifying growth opportunities.
- This is a relationship‑led but commercially focused role.
- Own and nurture senior client relationships.
- Run regular check‑ins, campaign reviews, and performance discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Proactively manage expectations and resolve issues.
Growth & Commercial Focus
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Support renewal discussions.
Paid Media & Campaign Oversight
- Confidently discuss paid media performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
- Liaise with internal paid media teams.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Paid Media, and Production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief.
- Advocate internally for client objectives.
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience in Client Management / Account Management within a creative agency.
- Experience working alongside paid media teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with revenue growth exposure.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment.
- Creative / Digital / Integrated Agency experience.
- Exposure to performance marketing campaigns.
