We are hiring on behalf of a high-growth tech business that partners with some of the world’s most innovative cybersecurity companies. Our client is known for being relationship-led, commercially-minded, and deeply embedded in the global cyber ecosystem. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and commercially astute Marketing Manager to elevate their brand, drive demand, and strengthen engagement across key markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll have full ownership of the marketing function—shaping strategy, leading execution, and making a direct impact on business growth. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you’ll help define the brand’s voice in the cybersecurity space and position the company as the go-to partner for talent solutions in high-growth and enterprise cyber environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the marketing strategy across digital, content, brand, and events for two complementary brands within the business.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence—including websites, LinkedIn profiles, YouTube, and email campaigns.
  • Create and repurpose engaging content for both client and candidate audiences (blogs, case studies, newsletters, video/podcast snippets, etc.).
  • Plan and deliver events and community initiatives, including an established cybersecurity community in the US.
  • Partner with consultants to support business development with targeted campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance, optimise ROI, and inform decision-making.

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role—ideally within a SaaS, or cybersecurity environment.
  • A self-starter who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a commercial edge.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Confident in managing content pipelines and overseeing creative projects.
