We’re working with a small but highly respected digital marketing agency based in Manchester, specialising in ecommerce, retail, and B2B brands across the UK. They’re now looking for a PPC specialist to join their close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying hands-on, working directly with clients, and having genuine ownership over performance. You won’t be lost in layers of management or siloed into one part of delivery. Instead, you’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, driving results, and building strong client relationships.

The Role

  • You’ll take ownership of paid search campaigns from end to end.
  • Planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting, whilst acting as a trusted partner to clients.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms (primarily Google Ads).
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.
  • Work closely with clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly.
  • Take full responsibility for campaign quality and outcomes.

What They’re Looking For

  • This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment.
  • Strong hands-on PPC experience.
  • Confident managing campaigns independently.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, with excellent communication skills.
  • Commercially aware, able to spot growth opportunities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.

Why This Role?

  • Genuine ownership over your work and client relationships.
  • A tight-knit, collaborative team where your impact is visible.
  • No people management — stay close to the craft.
  • Autonomy and trust to deliver your best work.

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise with meaningful client relationships without stepping into management, this could be a great fit.
