- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms such as Awin or Rakuten.
- Experience using SA360 and GA4 to monitor, evaluate and optimise campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to problem-solving.

- Understanding of SEO and PPC strategies.
- Strong creative thinking and an interest in developing innovative marketing solutions.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation and gain experience working across a broad performance marketing mix, including paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing.
You'll work within a collaborative team and have the opportunity to contribute to campaigns that support both brand growth and commercial performance.
