We’re hiring an experienced Research Director to join a market leading healthcare research consultancy, due to growth within the business. Who can hit the ground running in a senior, hands-on MedTech research role.
This is a hands-on, senior role with real autonomy, client ownership and clear progression. You’ll line manage 2 researchers (1 SRE, 1 RM) and act as the senior lead across the full project lifecycle.
The role:
- Lead qual & quant MedTech studies end-to-end (kick-off to final report)
- Own client relationships: calls, presentations, ongoing engagement
- Design and oversee screeners, guides and surveys
- Lead analysis, storytelling and report writing
- Manage and mentor junior researchers (RMs / SREs)
- Collaborate closely with UK and US teams on mixed client projects
- Initially delivery-led, with scope to take on more
