We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded UK retail brand to appoint an experienced PPC Manager into a critical, consultative role. This position sits between the in-house marketing team and the appointed PPC agency, acting as the PPC subject-matter expert and strategic lead.
This is not a hands-off or purely strategic role β the successful candidate must bring deep, hands-on PPC expertise, with the credibility to guide, challenge, and improve performance across all paid search activity.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary PPC consultant between internal teams and the external PPC agency
- Own and shape PPC strategy while overseeing agency delivery and output
- Bring hands-on expertise across all aspects of PPC campaign build, management and optimisation
- Lead PPC activity across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube (where relevant)
- Ensure best-in-class account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and feed optimisation
- Manage PPC performance across four retail websites serving the UK & Ireland
- Challenge agency thinking and ensure activity is aligned with commercial goals
- Deliver clear performance insights, recommendations and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of PPC best practice
