Want to be the person who brings AI and automation into a complex, highly regulated supply chain? This is not a traditional BA role. We’re working with a global organisation that’s accelerating its digital transformation. They’re looking for a Senior Analyst to act as a catalyst for change across Order Management, Finance Operations and Customer Services, all centred around its Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM platform. You’ll sit where logistics operations, technology and AI-driven innovation meet. Your job will be to find opportunities to use AI, RPA, predictive analytics and other digital tools to transform how services are delivered, then turn those ideas into business cases and measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering technology and operating model change across Order Management and Finance in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Gathering and validating business requirements, then turning them into user stories, functional specs and data models for Agile teams
  • Running gap and root cause analysis, and defining KPIs and benefits realisation frameworks
  • Acting as the main link with Business Process Owners in Customer Services, Order Management and Finance
  • Presenting business cases and solution options to senior leadership, and running workshops, sprint reviews and steering meetings
  • Building Power BI and Tableau dashboards that give leaders insight they can act on
  • Spotting and championing AI/ML and automation opportunities, designing AI-augmented workflows and overseeing proof-of-concept delivery
  • Keeping up with emerging tech such as LLMs, generative AI, process mining and digital twins, and judging where it fits
  • Driving adoption of low-code tools like Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Managing a pipeline of innovation initiatives, including ideas from vendors and partners

What’s on offer:

  • A pivotal role shaping the future of 3PL through digital innovation
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture that values curiosity and ownership
  • Competitive salary, benefits and career development
  • 1 day per week on site with offices in Greater London (flexibility on where)
