This is a role where significant change presents immense opportunity. Are you passionate about engineering flawless digital experiences that deliver tangible business results? You will own the experimentation and optimisation strategy across the client's B2C websites and highâvolume eâcommerce platforms. Your mission will be to dramatically improve customer journeys, maximise conversion rates, and translate robust data into insights that directly shape the future digital roadmap. You will collaborate extensively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, from technical developers to creative content specialists, and partner with an external CRO agency to deliver highly personalised, impactful customer experiences.
- Spearhead the design and execution of a comprehensive CRO strategy focused on enhancing key eâcommerce KPIs across all digital channels and campaigns.
- Lead the entire testing lifecycle: from designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests to developing and deploying advanced personalisation strategies.
- Perform deepâdive analysis on performance data, translating complex insights into clear, prioritised, and actionable digital improvements.
- Conduct systematic user research and usability testing to accurately identify customer needs, pain points, and friction points in the journey.
- Strategically optimise web properties to boost conversion, customer retention, and overall engagement.
- Serve as the key liaison, collaborating with crossâfunctional teams (e.g., UX, Marketing, Tech) to ensure full alignment between user experience and conversion goals.
- Manage the CRO budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) for all optimisation initiatives.
- Actively monitor and integrate the latest industry trends in UX and CRO, introducing fresh, cuttingâedge ideas to the team.
- Provide essential support to the eâcommerce team for campaign promotions and essential website content updates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, informing critical business decisions.
Essential: Demonstrable, handsâon experience leading and scaling successful CRO and personalisation programs specifically within a fastâpaced eâcommerce environment. Practical experience working with Adobe Target is strongly preferred (2+ years highly desirable). Exceptional analytical capabilities coupled with professional proficiency in tools such as ContentSquare and Google Analytics (or equivalent platforms). A highly collaborative teamâplayer mindset and proven excellence in time management and project prioritisation. A genuine passion for digital innovation and a commitment to solving complex business challenges using technology and data.
