We’re working with a global organisation undergoing significant transformation, looking for a Process Excellence / Business Analyst to drive change across complex, cross-functional environments. This is not a traditional BA role - it sits at the intersection of process improvement, change, and delivery, with real influence across senior stakeholders and business units.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead process optimisation & continuous improvement initiatives
- Map current vs future state workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Run workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple functions
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Support delivery of transformation projects alongside PMs
- Drive standardisation, automation, and operational improvements
