- Monitoring system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes
- Supporting system upgrades, patches and enhancements in collaboration with development teams

- Supporting testing, documentation and release processes for system changes
- Acting as a key point of contact for engineering users, providing guidance and troubleshooting support
- Collaborating closely with global engineering teams, IT colleagues and third-party vendors

Experience working in a user-facing support role within engineering or manufacturing environments is necessary. You should be a confident communicator, able to build trust and support engineering stakeholders globally.
This role suits someone who enjoys being the go-to expert for system support and stability, balancing hands-on system administration with user engagement and continuous improvement. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative, taking real ownership of system performance and user experience while ensuring engineering teams can rely on the tools they use every day.
