We’ve partnered with a Global Advertising Agency to support them in hiring a talented and commercially-minded Head of Social and Influencer Marketing and lead the future of this growing team. This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build, grow and inspire high-performing teams. You’ll take ownership of the agency’s social media, content, and influencer marketing output—working across a broad portfolio of well-loved consumer and B2B brands. This role offers significant scope, visibility and impact. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the agency’s future-facing social offer while helping clients stay at the forefront of culture, conversation, and digital innovation.
The Role- Lead the agency’s social, influencer, and content practice across London, driving its growth and strategic direction.
- Oversee and shape the development of best-in-class campaigns across organic, paid and influencer channels.
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients—offering strategic counsel, insight and creative leadership.
- Partner with creative, strategy and data teams to develop work that delivers against both brand and commercial goals.
- Play a lead role in new business pitches and RFI responses—owning the social/content perspective.
- Line-manage, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, tools and best practices to ensure clients remain first-movers.
- A strategic and creative leader with deep expertise across social media, content strategy, influencer marketing and paid social.
- Proven experience leading multi-sector accounts and delivering successful campaigns at scale.
