What youβll be doing:
- Managing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns end-to-end β from briefing through to build, send, and optimisation
- Developing targeted customer segments to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness
- Running A/B tests and analysing performance data to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
- Creating briefs for internal and external creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications
- Supporting the optimisation of automated customer journeys and flows
- Conducting competitor analysis to spot market trends and opportunities
- Working cross-functionally with design, retail marketing, and digital trade teams
- Staying current on industry best practices, new technologies, and GDPR compliance
