We're partnering with a leading multi-brand retail to find a talented CRM Executive ready to step into a high-impact, hands-on role. You'll own the day-to-day execution of CRM activity across email, SMS and push notifications for one of the group's flagship consumer brands, working closely with a Group CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that genuinely move the needle.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-end ownership of email and SMS campaigns, planning, building, testing and deploying across the CRM platform
  • Building and refining customer segmentation to improve campaign relevance and ROI
  • Running ongoing A/B testing programmes to optimise open rates, click-throughs, conversions and automated flows
  • Analysing customer journey performance data and making data-led recommendations for improvement
  • Briefing internal and external creative teams with clear, brand-aligned campaign briefs
  • Partnering with retail, digital trade and design teams to align campaign timing and messaging
  • Keeping pace with industry trends, platform developments, and GDPR compliance requirements
  • Contributing to wider CRM strategy discussions alongside the Group CRM Manager

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years' hands-on experience in a CRM or email marketing role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interrogate campaign data and turn insight into action
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM/ESP platforms
  • Clear, confident communicator across teams and with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude and high attention to detail
