An exciting opportunity has arisen for a D365 CE & Power Platform Developer to join an established end-user undergoing a major Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform transformation. This is an in-flight project, so you’ll be joining at a critical stage to help shape the build and development of scalable solutions across Customer Engagement – with an emphasis on usability, integration, and long-term performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, primarily around Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Build and maintain Power Platform components including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Work with internal stakeholders and project leads to refine requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Extend D365 CE with custom plugins, JavaScript, custom workflows and Azure Logic Apps.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business users to support ongoing system enhancements.
- Support integration across business systems including Project Operations, Finance, and third-party platforms.
Essential Skills:
- Proven commercial experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development.
- Strong skills across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience building and extending CE functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft integration tools (Logic Apps, Azure Functions etc.).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Desirable:
- Hands-on experience with D365 Project Operations.
- Experience working on in-flight or rescue projects.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
