We’re looking for an experienced Retail CRM professional to take the lead on customer engagement for one of the UK’s top multi-brand retail groups. You’ll drive personalised campaigns, optimise the customer journey, and boost loyalty across ecommerce and store channels.
You’ll need:
- Proven CRM/loyalty experience in a retail environment (essential)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze)
- Basic HTML and solid knowledge of privacy regulations
- 33 days holiday (incl. bank hols)
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM strategy across the retail customer lifecycle
- Deliver targeted omnichannel campaigns to increase sales & retention
- Optimise journeys with segmentation, automation & personalisation
- Analyse customer data to improve loyalty and repeat purchases
