We\βre looking for an experienced Retail CRM professional to take the lead on customer engagement for one of the UK\βs top multi-brand retail groups. You\βll drive personalised campaigns, optimise the customer journey, and boost loyalty across ecommerce and store channels.

Proven CRM/loyalty experience in a retail environment (essential)
