We’re looking for a curious and detail-focused UX Researcher with around 1–2 years of experience to join a growing SaaS business on a contract basis.
You’ll be working on a B2B2C platform with varied user groups and journeys, helping the team uncover meaningful insights that shape the product experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting user research across projects — from planning sessions to analysing results.
- Conducting qualitative research such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Turning findings into clear insights and recommendations that help guide design decisions.
- Collaborating closely with designers and product managers to ensure user needs are at the heart of decisions.
- Presenting your findings and ideas clearly to the wider product and design teams.
- Helping to continuously improve research processes and share learnings across the team.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a UX Research or related user-centred role (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on experience with qualitative research methods: usability testing, interviews, or journey mapping.
- Strong communication skills.
- A naturally curious mindset, you enjoy asking questions, spotting patterns, and understanding user behaviours.
