Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to own and scale the content function using next-gen tools, including AI. As Content Manager, you’ll take ownership of the content strategy and calendar – using AI to accelerate production and refinement while ensuring everything is on-brand, relevant, and insight-led. Your work will directly impact lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Content Creation & Curation
Use AI tools to generate, refine and polish B2B content – from blog posts to press releases, whitepapers, and campaign assets
Elevate AI-generated drafts to match brand tone and voice
Craft video scripts and storyboards, leveraging AI and internal expertise
Continuously align content with business goals and audience needs
Own the editorial calendar across digital and internal channels
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging with go-to-market plans
Ensure timely and consistent delivery of strategic content
Recommend new content ideas based on market trends, SEO insights, and customer pain points
Use tools and analytics to identify gaps, track performance, and optimise output
Support sales and event content needs, from presentations to promotional assets
Work closely with Product, Sales, and wider Marketing to maintain narrative consistency
Be the brand’s tone-of-voice champion across all touchpoints
2–3+ years’ experience in a B2B content or marketing role
~ Strong experience editing AI-generated content
~ Excellent writing, editorial, and content planning skills
~ SEO understanding and data-led optimisation mindset
~ Comfort working with video content and multimedia formats is beneficial
