We're working with an ambitious, full-service media agency to find a talented Client Services Director for a senior client leadership role at the heart of their growth strategy. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced media professional ready to own client relationships, lead a team, and drive genuine strategic impact across some of the agency's most important accounts.
The Role
You'll act as the senior client partner across a portfolio of accounts, working closely with the Strategic Performance Director to develop and deliver client growth strategies. You'll bring together the agency's full suite of capabilities across media planning, technology, performance creative and training, into cohesive client roadmaps that deliver real results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing day-to-day client relationships at senior stakeholder level
- Developing and owning media strategies across all channels, challenging clients and driving best practice
- Identifying and converting growth opportunities, proactively and without a brief
- Line managing and mentoring a team, conducting appraisals and setting clear objectives
- Contributing to new business pitches and agency marketing activity
- Fielding commercial conversations including rate negotiations and scope discussions

- A highly proficient media planner with broad channel knowledge and strong strategic instincts
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships and building trust at all levels
- A natural leader who gets the best out of their team through delegation, coaching and motivation
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of account profitability and growth levers
- Confident, diplomatic, and equally comfortable in a boardroom or a brainstorm
- Familiarity with technology, performance creative or training offerings is a bonus
