What you’ll be doing

About you
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in personal brand content, creator-led marketing, or social media for a founder, influencer, or public-facing figure. You’ll ideally have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in content creation, social media, or videography.
- A strong background working on personal brands is essential.
- Experience managing or creating content for another business, founder, or creator-led account.
- Strong knowledge of how social media works, including strategy, content planning, and engagement.
- Confident camera skills, with experience using DSLR/video equipment.
- Solid editing ability, ideally with tools such as Canva and DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong eye for storytelling and a natural understanding of what makes content work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to work closely with a founder.
