Marketplace Account Executive | London | Hybrid (2 Days) A growing retail-led business is seeking a Marketplace Account Executive to join its head office team. You’ll support a portfolio of marketplace sellers, act as their main point of contact, and help improve performance across a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role involves building relationships, resolving queries, analysing data and working with internal teams to improve the seller experience. What you’ll do Manage a portfolio of marketplace accounts. Support seller performance, listings, pricing and service issues. Provide regular reporting and performance insights. Work with internal teams to resolve operational and account queries. Help improve processes and support continuous growth across the marketplace. What you’ll need Some experience or strong interest in e-commerce, account support or online retail. Good Excel skills. Strong communication and organisation skills. A proactive, problem-solving approach.
