Your mission is to plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok, develop scalable strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and scale ad accounts from 4–5 digit daily budgets — and even up to 6 digits on Black Friday. You’ll analyze and interpret campaign data, run A/B tests, optimize conversion rates, and report KPIs weekly to clients. Together with our creative team, you’ll brief and test high-performing ad creatives. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to align strategies, act as a sparring partner in client meetings, and bring fresh ideas by evaluating industry trends and testing innovative strategies. Beyond execution, you’ll help shape the bigger picture — from strategy and creative input to thought leadership in the performance marketing space.
Your profile:
- Good German speaker with excellent English skills.
- 4–5 years of experience in strategic campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (ideally in an agency setting).
- Proven track record managing budgets of at least €100,000 across Meta, TikTok, or Google.
- Strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented working style.
- Confident handling budgets in the 5–6 figure range, scaling campaigns under pressure.
- Experience with attribution models, tracking setups, and reporting tools.
- Skilled in collaborating with creative teams and developing creative strategies that maximize conversions.
- Communicative and confident personality with the ability to present concepts and KPIs in client meetings.
- Proactive team player willing to share best practices and mentor colleagues.
Bonus: Experience with e-commerce brands, international markets, or leading junior buyers.
