Why us?
At Digital Growth Studio, we’re driven by trust, ownership, and proactivity. We communicate openly, move fast with high energy, and take full responsibility for measurable results — working as true partners to help brands scale with performance and clarity.
About us:
We’re not your average performance marketing agency. We’re a female-led, all-women team blending creative excellence with data-driven performance. Based in Lisbon – with team members across Germany, Spain, and Portugal – we’re building a new kind of agency: strategic, bold, and deeply human.
Half of our team is German-speaking, but we work internationally and collaborate in English day-to-day. What unites us? A shared obsession with smart marketing, meaningful brands, and good vibes only.
Our clients? Purpose-driven female brands in the DACH market like bedrop, NIPPLI, ALEMI, and even Zurich. We partner with brands that want to stand out – and we help them scale from scratch to 7-figure months through Creative Performance Marketing.
Our superpower? Creative Performance. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter media buying. Great performance starts with bold ideas – and that’s why we don’t hire “designers” or “marketers”. We invest in Creative Thinkers who understand both design and strategy.
We approach Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns with a creative-first mindset, built on testing, learning, and growing fast. If you're into performance marketing that feels more human and fun, keep reading.
Why join us?
- Massive personal growth: You’ll learn fast – with ownership, trust, and space to try bold ideas. No siloed media buying here. You’ll work directly with creatives and strategists to bring campaigns to life.
- Work with brands that matter: From skincare to supplements to longevity clinics – our clients are ambitious, meaningful, and willing to stand out. You’ll work on brands you’re actually proud of.
- Based in Lisbon – remote friendly: Our HQ is in the heart of Lisbon (yes, with a rooftop view) – but our team works flexibly across Europe. Whether you’re in Germany, Spain, or Portugal – we stay connected and collaborative.
- All-women team & real culture: We’re a close-knit, international crew that genuinely supports each other. No egos, no agency burnout. Just a positive, growth-minded environment where you can be yourself.
- Big vision, small ego: We’re building something special: a creative performance marketing agency with serious performance chops – that still feels human. If you’re looking for a place to grow, experiment, and build long-term client relationships, we’d love to meet you.
