We are seeking to appoint a Director to join us at the Digital Greenhouse.
The post holder will lead the Digital Greenhouse as Guernsey’s strategic innovation hub, responsible for designing, shaping and ensuring the effective delivery of programmes across the four pillars of Start-up, Scale-up, Investment and Mentoring.
The Director will be a significant contributor to the development of innovation strategy in Guernsey and will be responsible for the execution of those elements of the strategy that fall to the Digital Greenhouse to deliver.
They will therefore, translate the Innovate Guernsey Innovation Plan into a coherent, prioritised, and high-impact delivery system.
This is a strategic leadership role with accountability for outcomes, delivered through a team and partners.
They will further define and deliver an effective and commercially sustainable operating model, including externally funded programme delivery through a sponsorship and partnership model for the Digital Greenhouse’s programme of work and premises function.
They will lead the strategic development and oversight of these funding and delivery programmes.
