Role Overview
Lead the conception, prioritisation, and delivery of AI products and intelligent agent systems aligned with client needs and strategic objectives. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure AI products achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, develop roadmaps and prioritise backlogs with tools like Jira and Miro.
- Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and clients to gather and refine requirements.
- Measure product impact using analytics and client feedback, driving iterative improvements.
- Champion alignment across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Drive adoption, usability, and scaling of AI products.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience working within technology and/or data
- Stakeholder management
- Strong team leadership and management skills
- Experience with several of the following technologies, including: Product management expertise, backlog and roadmap prioritisation, experience with AI technologies and analytics platforms, stakeholder management, exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and facilitation skills.
