AI Product Owner

Overview

Digital Futures is seeking an AI Product Owner. They will be responsible for shaping and delivering AI‑enabled products and intelligent agent systems that create measurable value for clients. The role sits at the intersection of product, technology and client delivery, ensuring AI solutions are prioritised, adopted and scaled in line with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product direction for AI products and intelligent agent solutions, from discovery through to delivery, adoption and ongoing optimisation.
• Define and communicate clear product visions, value propositions and roadmaps, translating client needs and strategic goals into prioritised backlogs.
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists and designers to shape requirements, guide trade‑offs and ensure solutions are feasible, usable and outcome‑focused.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align expectations, manage dependencies and maintain momentum across complex, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Establish success measures and use data, analytics and client feedback to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion adoption and change, ensuring AI products are embedded into client workflows and scaled sustainably.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working in technology, data or AI‑enabled environments, ideally in a product, consulting or delivery‑focused role.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritise roadmaps and manage backlogs in complex, fast‑moving contexts.
• Experience working with AI technologies, analytics platforms or intelligent systems, with enough technical fluency to challenge and shape solutions.
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior client audiences.
• Track record of leading and influencing cross‑functional teams towards shared outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and strategic thinking skills.
