Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours). Hybrid eligible.
What You'll Do
- Support the Financial Consultants by processing account applications and paperwork, obtaining necessary account documents, resolving inquiries and notifications, performing account maintenance, and handling account transfers.
- Review and resolve client service and account setup issues.
- Schedule appointments and prepare materials for client meetings, including performance reports, annuity information, RMD information, outstanding service items, account maintenance forms, and other related materials.
- Communicate daily with clients providing trade settlement information, coordinating the payment/delivery of funds and other routine requests.
- Perform clerical / administrative tasks, including documentation required for books and records, the preparation and processing of correspondence and communications, syncing of calendars, and daily filing of client information.
- Assist in facilitating annual client RMD distributions.
- Assist with operational tasks on behalf of the program.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in financial services and/or a sales environment. Knowledge of investment operations, procedures, transfers, and industry terminology.
