Location: Chelmsford, MA 01824, USA

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 (40 hrs)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process a variety of Wire Transactions, which include but are not limited to, Domestic Wires, Foreign Remittances, Incoming Wires and Internal Wires.
  • Complete system testing and validation for the host/core system in addition to various other systems used to complete daily job tasks.
  • Complete required annual Compliance training as well as any other assigned training.
  • Identify and, when appropriate, assist in implementing ideas that will help improve efficiencies in the work area, department and throughout DCU.
  • Actively contribute to DCU’s Success Sharing initiatives and practices DCU’s principles of People Come First; Do the Right Thing; Make a Difference.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect during interactions with both members and colleagues alike.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of and adhere to DCU policies and procedures related to the position as well as all applicable regulations.
  • Perform work functions with attention to detail, within established timeframes and follow through as needed to complete tasks.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including but not limited to, service level achievement, timeliness of tasks, quality of work, service quality and others as assigned.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by Management Team.

Qualifications:

  • Similar work-related experience in a financial institution, preferred.
  • Excellent PC skills required to include, but not limited to, MS Word and Excel.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities seamlessly.

Pay Range: $20.50 - $22.60 / hour
