Our core product IP address geolocation powers customers like Netflix, Hulu, Trade Desk, Paypal, AWS, Apple, and many others. Our VPN and Proxy data coupled with accurate IP address geolocation data helps companies determine malicious activity for threat intelligence, authentication, and digital privacy. We\’re seeking a proactive, client-facing Sales Enablement Manager to support our VP of International Sales in the expansion of our presence in global markets. This individual will be critical in managing the complex steps between early-stage sales conversations and successful deal closures — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across time zones, teams, and customer stakeholders. You’ll own the “last mile” of the sales process: helping drive deals across the finish line by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, tracking requirements, and stepping in where needed to keep momentum. Post-sale, you’ll ensure a seamless client handoff and onboarding coordination — setting customers up for success from day one. This role will be based in the UK and will report to the VP of International Sales. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Support the VP of International Sales with deal progression and pre-close strategy Act as a sales project manager — creating action plans, following up on outstanding items, and removing blockers to close deals Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects during late-stage negotiations and pre-implementation Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, product, finance, tech) to ensure alignment and readiness to close Maintain detailed visibility into each opportunity’s status, timeline, and deliverables Facilitate a seamless post-sale handoff to implementation and customer success teams Support the launch and scaling of a new product offering, including refining and formalizing handoff and readiness processes Be willing to work flexibly across time zones and travel internationally to support customer engagement Requirements WHO YOU ARE: Proven experience in client-facing roles that span both sales and delivery (e.g., sales enablement, sales engineering, implementation) Strong project management and organizational skills — you’re a natural “closer” who makes things happen Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external audiences Previous experience in software, SaaS, or technology companies preferred UK-based, primarily UK working hours, with occasional flexibility required to support a global business across multiple time zones (e.g., early morning or evening meetings as needed).
