Help Build the Next Stage of Our Commercial Business

Digital Devices is an established UK technology value-added reseller with a strong reputation across both the Public and Commercial sectors. Whilst we have enjoyed significant growth through national framework agreements and long-standing customer relationships, we believe there is considerable opportunity to further expand our commercial business. We are therefore looking for a commercially minded, hands-on individual who enjoys winning new business, developing customer relationships, and helping others succeed. This is not a role for someone who simply manages from behind a desk. We are looking for someone who enjoys leading by example.

About the Role

  • Developing new commercial customers
  • Growing existing customer accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Supporting and coaching our existing commercial sales team
  • Building stronger relationships with OEMs and distributors
  • Improving pipeline management and sales discipline
  • Helping establish a scalable commercial sales function

This is a hands-on role where personal business development remains just as important as leadership.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have experience within:

  • IT Reseller
  • VAR
  • MSP
  • Technology Distribution

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong track record of winning new commercial business
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on profitable growth
  • Experience developing existing customer accounts
  • A structured approach to managing opportunities and sales pipelines
  • The ability to motivate and influence colleagues through example rather than authority
  • Experience working with leading technology vendors such as HP, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft and their distribution partners would be advantageous.
