Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements from key stakeholders throughout the business
- Provide training and collaterals to ensure optimum usage across practice
- Support knowledge system strategy with continuous improvement including support, maintenance, pilot and implementation of new features
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting lawyers with Legal Technology, in particular HighQ
