A Document Automation Specialist for a leading Legal Firm. The role will suit a Paralegal that would like to move into a Legal Technology focused role.
Responsibilities:- Creating, maintaining and updating automated products and solutions using Contract Express, HighQ (or similar tools)
- Testing automated documents, correcting errors and recording changes
- Training users around the business on how to automate documents
- Providing training to lawyers on how to mark-up a document for automation
- Advising on best practice for document automation
- Identifying opportunities where automation can assist our clients
- Running regular reports on the use of the service and creating management information
- Educated to degree level and ideally experience of working in a legal environment
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, working to sometimes conflicting timescales in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- The ability to build trust and rapport to develop effective business relationships, often with senior stakeholders in the business
- Technical proficiency in using Contract Express
