James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced Legal Operations Professional with strong project management to be at the forefront of innovation for the firm’s client delivery solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting change management and strategic thinking around planning, designing and implementing transformation initiatives using experience, business data and market trends;
- Identifying potential opportunities for alternative delivery solutions;
- Prepare proposals, delivery plans and ROI assessments in relation to the transformation;
- Preparing presentation materials for key meetings and trainings;
- Track and measure the performance delivery, identifying challenges and risks;
- Updating operating processes including risk management and best practice guidance;
- Undertake continuous improvement workflow reviews and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and scalability of delivery of our services;
- Support the design of client solutions, combining people, process and technology.
Experience
- Educated to degree level with extensive Legal Operations experience within a Law firm or in-house;
- Strong legal Project Management experience;
- Results driven with demonstrated experience delivering innovative solutions;
- Data Analysis (fees and reporting);
- Good understanding of and passion for Legal Technology.
