James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Senior User Experience Analyst responsible for client based configurations, troubleshooting and packaging of a wide range of legal applications.
Responsibilities
- You will be Subject matter expert in legal application installations, Software packaging, troubleshooting, software performance monitoring and debugging tools;
- Collects and reports on key performance indicators and measures of application reliability;
- Installs and maintains server based legal applications;
- Participates in special projects within and outside of present skillsets, ensuring all projects adhere to the established I.S. workflow process;
- Leads projects to implement new and existing application technologies;
- Troubleshoots software issues, documents and communicates resolutions to appropriate I.S. personnel and end users, as applicable;
- Supports Training Team as SME to produce training modules for both user and support audience, conducts training for support team members, trainers and in some cases end users.
Experience
- Educated to degree level with 2-3 years progressive experience in legal services;
- Innovative, analytical approach to solving complex problems;
- Expert in iManage Work and Desksite configuration;
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database queries;
- Experience in Server configuration and IIS;
- Demonstrated understanding of the Microsoft Active Directory OU and Group structure and the use of Active Directory Users and Computers;
- Ability to present technological problems, solutions and new technologies to non-technical personnel.
