James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Litigation Support Analyst to provide support of litigation practice support applications & systems as part of the eDiscovery group.
Responsibilities
- Support litigation and eDiscovery colleagues and legal teams with all aspects of litigation support from case inception through to trial;
- Design litigation databases to manage litigation data for review, production, and analysis;
- Action requests for new or modified databases created using litigation applications; Concordance, Relativity, Ringtail, Axcelerate;
- Provide technical support and advice related to litigation technology and electronic discovery;
- Execute document indexes and perform keyword searches;
- Develop document review protocols, searching, testing and sampling aspects of litigation document review and production;
- Stay current on E-Discovery and litigation support technologies, as well as litigation support and E-Discovery vendor relationships.
Experience
- Educated to degree level with prior experience in litigation support and a thorough understanding of relational databases, litigation support related software and technology and the fundamentals of desktop and network operating systems;
- Native litigation review database applications, e.g. Relativity, Concordance, Trial Director, Magnum, Ringtail, Axcelerate and others required;
- Information governance and records management life-cycle principles;
- Working knowledge of corporate enterprise infrastructure and technology platforms;
- Litigation preparedness and response, including electronic discovery and related support;
- Technical knowledge of the latest information technology tools and standards to support enterprise information management, as well as advancing technology and applications in data analytics.
