James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to manage and enable review of client matter data for disputes, through all stages of the EDRM including, document processing, the use of AI and analytics, review strategies and production of client data.
Responsibilities
- Working on a portfolio of active matters with key stakeholders for both disputes and corporate matters via transactional software, either independently or collaboratively;
- Advise on collection best practices, setting up and managing online deal rooms, assisting with workflow management and PDF productions;
- Administer eDiscovery, transactional and interactive data visualization software to meet client data needs;
- Establish processes, procedures and in-house software, providing stakeholder and colleague training where required;
- Keeping abreast of new third-party service and product offerings.
Experience
- Degree educated with good understanding of eDiscovery and full EDRM process from either in-house, practice or vendor environment;
- Data processing, using analytics to cull data, review accelerators (Continuous Active Learning);
- Project management; document review, disclosure matters & database;
- eDiscovery platforms; Relativity, Luminance, HighQ;
- Creative, solution-focused individual;
- SQL and PowerBI highly desirable;
- Ability to run productions in load file format an advantage.
