About the job

A talented Legal Technologist experienced in Document Automation to join an award-winning and established team responsible for Automation & Legal Technology developments throughout the entire document lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in the creation of new and bespoke automation solutions.
  • Design and implement automated document assembly solutions.
  • Build, update and maintain automated products and provide support including troubleshooting, managing user access, setting up security etc.
  • Identify opportunities where automation technologies can assist with supporting internal clients, system enhancements and software upgrades allowing the firm to provide innovative solutions.
  • Ensure good relationships with software providers and internal clients.
  • Establish and deliver training sessions to facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge to colleagues.
  • Be aware of market trends and developments in the legal, automation and AI industries.

Experience:

  • You will either hold a law degree and passion for technology or hold a technology degree with a passion for law.
  • 1-3 years prior experience within a law or professional services firm.
  • Strong legal automation software experience (ContractExpress, HighQ, Clarilis).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain the technical simply.
  • Creative with a genuine motivation for innovative technology.
