James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Legal Solutions Analyst to gather business requirements and, using a combination of technology and process change, provide solutions making the use of existing and new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit business requirements, and develop solutions, outcomes and change activities
- Recommend process solutions based on suitability, cost and feasibility
- Maintain solutions deliver quality/cost and all performance is measurable against brief
Experience:
- Educated to degree level in Law and/or Technology, you will already have at least 3 years (combination of paralegal + LegalTech) in a similar or progressive role
- Legal Tech (BigHand, Nuance, Literta)
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, identify solutions
- Develop financial tools to track and forecast against budget
- Project lifecycle methodologies such as Prince 2, Waterfall and Agile and IT best practice frameworks such as ITIL
