About the job

A Process Improvement Specialist is needed to make legal service delivery more efficient through an effective mix of project management, business analysis and product toolkit.

Responsibilities:

  • Process mapping, defining performance measures and confirming stakeholder requirements.
  • Generating solutions, conducting impact analysis and seeking feedback from stakeholders.
  • Building alignment via communication and training, tracking key milestones, monitoring performance and employing control measures.
  • Collecting feedback, identifying further opportunities for improvement and fostering a continuous improvement culture.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level with at least 3 years' prior experience of Process Improvement gained in a Consultancy or Legal firm.
  • Demonstrated Process Improvement projects experience.
  • Stakeholder management: facilitating workshops, negotiation, influencing.
  • Managing business improvement projects through to completion.
  • Genuine passion for innovation and technology.
