A Process Improvement Specialist is needed to make legal service delivery more efficient through an effective mix of project management, business analysis and product toolkit.
Responsibilities:
- Process mapping, defining performance measures and confirming stakeholder requirements.
- Generating solutions, conducting impact analysis and seeking feedback from stakeholders.
- Building alignment via communication and training, tracking key milestones, monitoring performance and employing control measures.
- Collecting feedback, identifying further opportunities for improvement and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level with at least 3 years' prior experience of Process Improvement gained in a Consultancy or Legal firm.
- Demonstrated Process Improvement projects experience.
- Stakeholder management: facilitating workshops, negotiation, influencing.
- Managing business improvement projects through to completion.
- Genuine passion for innovation and technology.
