Knowledge Solutions Analyst

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation has been retained to source a Solutions Analyst focused on KM systems and legal tech services to deliver against strategy and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Automation of legal and non-legal documents using ContractExpress software.
- Assist with coding client-facing automations.
- Troubleshoot ContractExpress and document automation problems for PSLs and users.
- Management of client datasite service using HighQ Collaborate and transaction management sites on Litera Transact.
- Support of datasites including setting up new sites, advising on security and dealing with technical and best practice queries.
- Creation of use case templates and complex datasites.
- Governance across our portfolio of systems; DocuSign, Thirdfort and Bundledocs.
- Assist with KM and legal tech related projects and training across our portfolio of systems.
Experience
- Educated to degree level with strong experience of knowledge management in a law firm or KM systems / legal tech in progressive roles.
- A keen interest in technology and passion for solutions and innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with PSLs and fee earners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
