James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to work on complex disclosure processes from collection through to production, litigation strategy and appropriate technology.
Responsibilities
- Project management and consulting advice across the entire spectrum of e-disclosure (collection to production).
- Make extensive use of analytics technologies and how these technologies can be deployed in a variety of settings.
- Consult with lawyers on the most effective strategies for their disclosure exercises.
- Assist in the completion of eDiscovery related documents between parties (DRD, EDQ etc).
- Liaise with IT departments to facilitate the data mapping and collection exercises.
- Organise and carry out production of documents during disclosure.
Experience
- More than 3 years' experience in providing litigation support, ideally within a law firm environment as opposed to a supplier.
- A solid understanding of Relativity and how the product can be manipulated to both drive reviews and efficiencies to save costs.
- Holding the Relativity Certified Administrator / Analytics qualification is desirable.
- A solid understanding of analytics and how this can be deployed during reviews.
- Experience of project management skills and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
