James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager with scope across all aspects of the EDRM, particularly analytics, data scoping, hosting services & evidence handling.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all eDisclosure related processes including; evidence handling, data processing, proactive review management, document production & quality control at each phase of the data management process.
- Scope / identify relevant data sources, co‐ordinate with external vendors as required to facilitate data preservation.
- Work closely with project managers for intake of tasks and oversight management of all deadlines to ensure completion.
- Support complex technical processing issues.
- Continuous improvement programs focused on the quality and profitability.
- Vendor management: software and cloud infrastructure, issue reporting, resolution and enhancements.
- Evaluate technology and utility tools to increase productivity & quality, or to develop new workstreams.
Experience
- Educated to degree level with solid knowledge of practice support technology, EDRM, Legal-Tech and the global eDiscovery industry.
- 3‐5 years of experience managing eDiscovery processing services.
- Exceptional stakeholder management.
- Project and people management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.
