James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an eDiscovery Specialist to support the delivery of eDiscovery Services to a number of high-profile clients and provide project support to the in‑house legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear communication to external clients and legal teams
- Provide solutions advice at each stage of EDRM
- Recommend workflows through client scoping exercises
- Manage large scale eDiscovery projects and set up of complex review workflows
- Provide technical support and training to clients
Experience:
- Educated to degree level in Technology, Computer Forensics or similar with circa 3 years progressive experience within a similar role
- Strong understanding / experience in litigation support and eDiscovery
- Database design, management and data processing eDiscovery platforms for review & production, ideally Axcelerate
- Analytical and in‑depth knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery workflows, processes and best practice
- Genuine interest in innovation and new litigation technologies
