James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an Executive to work in collaboration with Business Development to manage the firm's participation in key legal directories and award organisations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the directories and submission process from end-to-end
- Point of contact for directories and rankings within the firm, seen as a trusted advisor to marketing and business development colleagues and stakeholders
- Ensuring the firm is well represented in directories and awards in priority areas
- Firm profiles are up-to-date for all relevant directories consistent across channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with editors, and researchers at the legal directories to understand methodology
- Assist with writing, reviewing, coordinating or editing directory submissions, awards or other content items
- Coordinate with communications team to prepare and post press releases and website announcements for the firm's directory rankings and awards successes
Experience
- Educated to degree level with 3 years+ similar experience at a legal directory or law firm environment
- Knowledge of directories, rankings, and awards in the legal industry
- Impeccable attention to detail; strong written, verbal and communication skills
- Excellent networking, advocacy and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, editorial and proofreading skills. Exceptional attention to detail is required
