James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Legal Design Specialist to help shift mindsets through the delivery of impactful client engagements and workshops using Design Thinking - identifying clients' unmet needs, finding new solutions and approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery workshops for both internal and external clients.
- Proactively promote design thinking approach with stakeholders.
- Drive understanding of the design framework and embed the methodology through the delivery of training and practical guidance.
- Inspire collaboration across internal and external stakeholders and seek opportunities to facilitate diverse team-working.
- Coach colleagues at all levels, through the design process and transfer knowledge and expertise.
- Visibly demonstrate our values through your day-to-day behaviours.
- Manage specific client relationships and lead them through tailored design thinking sprints.
Experience
- This role requires a Design Thinking enthusiast and subject matter expert to bridge legal and professional services, who has the energy and passion necessary to encourage collaborative, innovative and pragmatic thinking within stakeholders.
- Leading a design thinking sprint, facilitation of brainstorm sessions/workshops facilitating a wide range of stakeholders, and presenting to senior leadership.
