James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a talented digital marketer to support Global e-marketing efforts through client communication, training and taking responsibility for both managing and improving data quality in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively and cross functionally across a number of Global offices, you will:
- Plan the strategy of the firm's client communications.
- Execute data quality improvement strategy and act as data quality expert.
- Work with both internal and external suppliers/stakeholders to ensure a targeted approach to key accounts.
- International training lead and provide succinct training modules.
- Manage user queries submitted to Dynamics CRM inbox.
- CRM and e-marketing system SME for related queries.
Experience
- Minimum one year's experience of working with an e-marketing platform or CRM system in professional services.
- Ability to actively train others, advising on the benefits of using CRM systems.
- Quality driven to ensure data is as complete and perfect as it can be.
- Ability to explain the complex to be digestible to all users.
- Work independently, without constant supervision.
Desirable: Experience with Vuture, Dynamics 365 or Professional Services.
