Change Manager – Legal Innovation

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an innovative driver of change to define service strategies and roadmaps as well as managing product lifecycles of Data Insights and low code / no code platform delivered solutions.
Responsibilities
- The role will deliver and oversee development, testing and running of client facing solutions, from inception of an idea through to go live and beyond.
- Shape stakeholders' ideas for client facing solutions, through Practice & SIG's.
- Facilitating idea sessions utilising Design Thinking techniques.
- Leading client engagement to catalyse co-creation with clients.
- Increase awareness in Change products generating use cases for development.
- Gather / interpret requirements and capabilities for new solutions.
- Managing team members to understand the parameters for new dashboards and support fee-earners to execute ideas.
- Managing the product lifecycle from requirements, through to developing dashboards and solutions, testing, and ensuring go to market readiness.
- Running beta and pilot test cases as part of the product development lifecycle.
- Create pricing strategies and pricing package options for client facing solutions.
Experience
- Highly experienced, driving Change & Innovation in progressive roles.
- Design and User Experience Knowledge.
- Technology product development in the professional and/or legal services.
- Legal Technology is desirable, product development in.
- Demonstrated success launching technology products and services.
- Tableau and other Data Visualisation tools an advantage.
- Low code / no code platforms tools highly advantageous.
- Solid stakeholder communication and management skills at all levels.
